Payment Terms
Once the Payment is made by cheque, Cash or online Transfer etc. you are eligible to take refund within 48 hrs. Only the service charge will be charged by us on the Payment issued by customer ie. Rs. 250/- INR (If Work not Started)
If He / She Doesn’t Want to continue with us, for website designing and we have already Done the Domain & Hosting Registration after the clients confirmation, We will charge the Domain & Hosting Amount from the Client and Rest Amount will be refundable to the client.
If We have started the website Designing Processes after the clients Confirmation there will be NO REFUND Claim Policy for the clients.
If the Customer wants refund by Cheque then He / She is supposed to collect it from our Office or else if He / She supposed to Send Cheque by Courier then, We will charge the Courier charges to the clients Including our Service Charge also (ie. Service Charge + Courier Charges)
E-commerce Payment Terms
All the packages prices listed above are not a part of Down Payment, Once you signup the project you are suppose to pay 50% as advance.
At any condition if there is any delay in getting the payment gateway from the payment gateway provider company (eg. Cc-avenue, Paypal, Razor Pay etc.) then the customer is not suppose to make a hold in the website design payment. They has to clear that amount as our work get finished weather the payment gateway is integrated or not.
Klicknet Info Service Pvt Ltd will occasionally update this Privacy Statement to reflect company and client feedback. Klicknet Info Service Pvt Ltd has the rights to change their terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy as and when needs to change
If the Policy of Klicknet Info Services Pvt Ltd is changed and the customer is not aware of it then Klicknet Info Service Pvt Ltd is not Responsible for it, the customer is supposed to check the terms & Conditions Before any Business with Klicknet.
